Young athletes don't need more practice reps. They need to move better, get stronger, and build the kind of physical foundation that makes every practice rep more effective.
That's exactly what we do. Our Youth Team Training program pairs your team with a coach who holds a CSCS, CPT, and CF-L3, and brings over 10 years of real-world experience developing youth athletes across multiple sports. This isn't a babysitting class with barbells. It's a structured, season-specific training program designed to make your athletes harder to hurt and harder to beat.
We run 6 to 8 week training blocks built around your team's actual schedule and the specific demands of your sport. Whether you're gearing up for tryouts, pushing through a long season, or laying the groundwork in the off-season.
