In 2015 I walked into a "Bring a Friend" Friday with no idea what to expect. That single hour started a journey that lasted years and changed more than just my fitness.

When my previous gym closed in 2021 I tried the big box gyms and solo workouts. It wasn't the movements I missed. It was the community. In 2024 I found my way to Arnold CrossFit and found exactly what I'd been looking for.

That passion for the sport grew into wanting to understand the why behind the training. I earned my CF-L1 in August 2025 and started coaching shortly after.

For 30 years I taught kindergarten. The classroom looked different but the job was the same — meet people where they are, help them grow, and watch them surprise themselves. I get to do that every day on the gym floor now.
